Job summary

Marsh UAE is seeking a Marketing Business Partner - Specialist to join our growing marketing team based in Dubai. Reporting to the Middle East Marketing & Communications Leader, this role drives regional strategy, stakeholder management, and end-to-end campaign delivery across markets.

You will translate priorities into market plans, lead integrated campaigns, champion thought leadership, and coordinate with regional CEOs and external partners to ensure timely, high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related business development.
• Strong experience delivering integrated campaigns, events, content, and stakeholder engagement across matrixed environments.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to quality and detail.
• Comfortable working with thought leadership content and executive messaging.
• Strong project management and coordination skills; able to drive momentum across teams.
• Experience with marketing tools, content workflows, and digital channels is highly desirable.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional priorities into market-level plans, timelines, and deliverables across key businesses.
• Lead end-to-end campaign management across digital, content, events, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and promote thought leadership assets that build Marsh’s reputation.
• Lead planning and delivery for the strategic event calendar; coordinate with local leaders for alignment.
