Job summary

RATIONAL, the world’s leading manufacturer of commercial combi ovens, seeks a Head of Key Accounts for the Regional Cluster MEA in Dubai, UAE. You will lead strategic account development, build senior relationships, and drive growth across MEA while coordinating with global teams.

Expect extensive travel (approximately 60%) and leadership of a cross-functional Key Account team to deliver on sales targets, profitability, and market share in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years leadership or sales management experience.
• Proven experience in Key Account Management and strategic account development.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% across MEA with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the RC MEA Key Account strategy for growth.
• Lead and develop the Key Account Management team.
• Build senior relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
• Represent RATIONAL at industry events and customer engagements.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
