Job summary

Emerson Automation Solutions in Dubai seeks an Invoice Administrator to manage MEA WA invoicing for Flow Controls customers. You will load invoices in customer financial sites, align orders with contracts, and coordinate with Logistics to meet INCO-terms.

Responsibilities

• MEA WA invoice submission for Flow Controls key customers.
• Review contracts & orders and ensure invoices align.
• Load & manage invoices into customer financial sites.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse to ensure delivery per INCO-terms.
• Review shipping docs and submit with invoices when required.
• Assist with other duties as deemed by the Line Manager.
• Resolve payment collection issues with Finance, Sales and customers.
• Suggest improvements to eliminate non-value-added activities.
