Job summary

Emerson Automation Solutions in Dubai is seeking a Senior Order Administrator fluent in French to manage MEA orders from receipt to invoicing for Flow Controls equipment, spares and services. Based in Dubai, you will review contracts, load orders into Fisher First 2.0 and Oracle, coordinate with logistics, and ensure on-time delivery while handling LC, bank guarantees and change orders.

You bring a engineering degree, 5 years of experience, and fluency in French and English to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in Engineering with 5 years of experience.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in inside sales/order entry (technical) and ability to review contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEA orders from entry to invoicing for Flow Controls equipment, spare parts and services.
• Review contracts and orders with focus on KOB1, KOB2 and KOB3; coordinate with CS, Sales and Plant teams.
• Load orders into Fisher First 2.0 and Oracle; use internal systems as required.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse to ensure on-time delivery per INCO terms.
• Review payment terms and handle bank docs (LC, CAD, bank guarantees).
• Provide French/Arabic translation support within Flow Controls; manage change orders.
