Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead the people strategy for the Middle East and Africa region. You will partner with business leaders to align human capital priorities with business objectives, strengthen organizational capability, and support a culture where talent can grow and perform.

You will be responsible for aligning business objectives with human capital strategies for senior leadership and guiding labor and employee relations while positioning Johnson Controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Proven HR leadership experience in the Middle East and Africa.
• Strong knowledge of labor relations policies, workforce strategy, risk mitigation, and legal landscape.
• Ability to partner across functions and regions to drive outcomes.
• Strategic thinker who translates plans into executable actions.
• Experience advising senior leadership and influencing across business areas.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
