Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven HR leadership experience in Middle East and Africa.
• Strong knowledge of labor relations policies, workforce strategy, risk mitigation, and regulatory landscape.
• Ability to partner across functions and regions to improve outcomes.
• Proven strategic thinker who translates plans into executable actions.
• Experience influencing senior leadership across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategy and operating plans with business objectives and regional priorities.
• Advise senior leaders on labor relations, risk mitigation, policy interpretation, and regulatory changes.
• Develop regional staffing strategies and workforce plans to meet current and future talent needs.
• Partner with compensation to design and implement reward programs that drive performance.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain talent across the region.
