Job summary

Johnson Controls in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support and execute lead generation, branding, and event strategy for Smart Building technologies across the Middle East and Africa.

Based in the Dubai regional office, you will implement campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce, manage social media, AdWords, and Sitecore-powered website updates, and develop content such as white papers and webinars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience as Marketing Specialist / Generalist within matrix organization in UAE.
• Hands-on experience in executing Lead generation, & supporting regional events / trade shows.
• Great passion for branding, creativity, determination to achieve the objective, flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, ability to problem solve and teamwork.
• Recent or past experience of working on different marketing tools.
• Solid experience with MS Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop and has worked on presentations, reports, spreadsheets, Photoshop editing, Indesign html, etc.
• Recent or Past experience using web enhancement tools.
• Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and verbal
• Strong writing, editing, and researching skills
• High level knowledge of MS Office
• High level of customer service ability
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• Strong team spirit and high level of customer service ability

Responsibilities

• Implement and support marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
• Develop customer communication programs using Pardot and leverage Salesforce to generate sales leads.
• Manage digital tools, social media channels, Google AdWords, and enhance website using Sitecore.
• Prepare strong value content like white papers, webinars, videos, and animations for digital campaigns.
• Develop global marketing news updates and execute marketing strategy in daily priorities.
• Support regional events and trade shows with business partners; create and update documents and creative files.
• Assist sales enablement and communications coordinated by other team members.
