Job summary

Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Manager MEA to own the regional wellbeing strategy, develop structured solution frameworks, and partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to drive client value. You will lead a small team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to evolve a data-led, scalable wellbeing proposition across MEA.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in health & wellbeing strategy, corporate wellbeing, or employee benefits.
• Strong experience in programme design, not just delivery.
• Experience working with clients or stakeholders in a commercial / B2B environment.
• Ability to translate broad concepts into structured, practical framework.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple functions.
• Experience working with vendors / external partners.
• Clinical background (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously evolve the regional Health & Wellbeing strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Translate global capabilities into a locally relevant, commercially viable MEA proposition.
• Develop structured frameworks (e.g., wellbeing calendars, service models, playbooks) to standardise delivery.
• Identify gaps in the current offering and lead development of new solutions.
• Own the Health & Wellbeing product ecosystem (e.g. digital solutions, EAP, partners).
• Own RFP processes, vendor assessments, and commercial/operational evaluation.
• Ensure all wellbeing solutions are scalable, operationally viable, and aligned to client needs.
• Working with Marketing Dept to define and create impactful and health literate collaterals.
• Act as subject matter expert for Health & Wellbeing across Sales and Client Management teams.
• Support key client conversations, particularly for strategic or complex accounts.
• Develop tools and materials to enable client-facing teams.
• Contribute to client retention, differentiation, and growth through a stronger wellbeing proposition.
