Job summary

As Tax Management Advisor, MEA you will partner with Finance and leadership to drive policy, optimize tax outcomes, manage transfer pricing, and strengthen internal controls while aligning with global tax frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax agenda across MEA operations, ensuring compliance and risk management.
• Provide strategic guidance on tax matters to Finance and leadership.
• Oversee transfer pricing governance, documentation, and cross-border compliance.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Procurement and Operations on tax implications of business initiatives.
• Establish and maintain a robust tax governance framework including SOX and ICFR controls.
• Manage relationships with tax authorities, auditors and advisors.
• Drive process improvements and automation of tax processes including Oracle and digital tax projects.
• Liaise with Global Tax teams on international tax matters and reporting.
