Job summary

Stripe is expanding into the Middle East and Africa, seeking a Product Lead to own the regional strategy and growth. You will set the vision for MEA, translate ambiguity into a clear roadmap, and drive cross-functional execution with risk, cards, partnerships, and compliance teams.

You will partner with GTM, marketing, and external partners to build durable regional products and scale adoption, ensuring market-fit and revenue growth across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or product-adjacent roles at a technology company.
• Strong business acumen with comfort in ecosystem and platform-level problems.
• Proven leadership driving complex, high-stakes decisions and aligning senior stakeholders around a shared vision.
• Experience partnering with engineers, designers, and other internal stakeholders to build products and systems at scale.
• Experience navigating multi-layered partnerships with external parties.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term product vision and growth strategy for the MEA region and build a sequenced roadmap.
• Drive product-market fit and partner with GTM and marketing to accelerate adoption and growth.
• Lead complex, high-stakes decisions and align internal and external leaders around a shared vision.
• Define market-entry approaches by navigating regulatory and licensing landscapes in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Understand regional needs by spending time with users and observing market feedback and patterns.
• Collaborate with product marketing and go-to-market teams to turn the roadmap into compelling narratives.
• Become Stripe's internal expert on MEA payments to influence Stripe's global roadmap.
