Job summary

Wise is seeking a regulatory product compliance and risk expert to support MEA product teams in launching compliant fintech solutions across the region. You will work closely with product managers, analysts and engineers to interpret regulatory requirements and align product design with regulators' expectations.

You will manage regulatory risks across MEA, oversee control environments, perform audits and issue remediation, and collaborate with Compliance colleagues to ensure ongoing compliance

Qualifications

• Regulatory-legal background with MEA experience.
• Ability to interpret MEA regulations and advise product teams.
• Experience in financial regulation advisory.
• Willingness to travel as Wise offices are across countries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and risk teams to ensure regulatory compliance of MEA products.
• Perform pre-launch and ongoing regulatory analysis and risk assessments.
• Design compliant product solutions and advise on regulatory gaps and risks.
• Maintain awareness of latest MEA regulations and guidance.
