The Hershey Company in Dubai, UAE is seeking an Associate Manager, Customer Marketing MEA to drive profitable growth across the Middle East and Africa by shaping customer and channel marketing strategies.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, distributors and retail partners to deliver shopper-centric solutions that improve product availability, visibility, and execution excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years in Trade/Customer Marketing, Category Management or related function.
• Experience with retailer POS data, sell-in/sell-out data, syndicated data, and Nielsen data.

Mansioni

• Develop customer and channel strategies based on shopper insights and market opportunities.
• Create customer-ready merchandising and planograms, promotions, pricing, and seasonal programs.
• Identify growth opportunities and activation plans to improve visibility and distribution.
• Build customer selling stories and presentations for promotions and initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional planning with internal teams and external partners to execute programs.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and drive data-based recommendations.
• Monitor distribution, promotions, and KPIs; adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage multiple projects from planning to post-program review.
• Conduct market visits and e-commerce reviews to assess competitors and opportunities.
