Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Commercial Education Manager – MEA to develop and execute a regional capability strategy across sales, marketing, distributors and leadership teams.

You will design engaging learning experiences, enable launch readiness, and coach leaders to drive commercial excellence. This role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs and HR, and involves regional travel across the MEA region.

Qualifications

• Develop and deliver regional commercial education programs.
• Identify capability gaps across sales, marketing, distributors, and leadership teams.
• Create annual learning plans aligned with growth initiatives and product launches.
• Establish competency frameworks and learning pathways for commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training on value-based selling, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Lead onboarding programs for new commercial staff and managers.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, HR, and Global Education to localize programs.
• Create scalable digital and in-person learning experiences.
