Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a disciplined project delivery expert to oversee MEA traffic and demographic metric systems installations across shopping malls and retail stores in the region. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain high client satisfaction while upholding safety standards.

Based in Saudi Arabia, you will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and build lasting client relationships with Johnson Controls’ regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Project management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Good working knowledge of IT and network infrastructures.
• Organized, methodical, and process-driven.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout of Sensormatic solutions across MEA shopping malls and retail stores.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of traffic and demographic metric systems.
• Coordinate technical resources, subcontractors, and internal planners.
• Deliver projects on scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Manage risk, changes, resources, and costs; monitor actions.
• Ensure compliance with project management and health & safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across processes.
• Lead site meetings to define requirements, readiness, and handover.
• Strive for right-first-time installations; capture learnings and reporting.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
