Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a seasoned Commercial Education Manager for the MEA region. You will develop and execute a regional capability strategy to enable sales, marketing, distributor, and leadership teams with the knowledge and behaviors needed to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional customer value.

You will partner with Commercial Leadership, Marketing, Human Resources and Medical Affairs to design training programs that accelerate onboarding, strengthen selling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA, business, marketing, organizational development or related field preferred.
• 8–10 years in sales, marketing, commercial excellence, learning & development or commercial education in healthcare.
• Experience supporting multi-country organizations and diverse commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare commercial environments and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional commercial education and capability-building strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Identify capability gaps across sales, marketing, distributor and leadership teams.
• Create annual learning plans supporting growth initiatives, launches and expansion.
• Establish competency frameworks and learning pathways for commercial roles.
• Design and deliver training on consultative selling, product knowledge and negotiations.
• Embed sales methodologies and coaching across the organization.
• Lead onboarding programs for new commercial employees.
• Create certification programs and succession development plans.
• Design engaging learning experiences using classroom, virtual and digital formats.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Medical Affairs and HR to localize global programs.
• Travel up to 40–50% to support regional delivery and coaching.
