Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Commercial Education Manager MEA to design and execute a regional capability strategy, building a high-performing, customer-centric organization across sales, marketing, distributors and leadership teams.

The role partners with Commercial Leadership, Marketing, HR, Medical Affairs and Global Learning to onboard, strengthen selling capabilities, expand product knowledge and drive consistent commercial execution across the Middle East and Africa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in sales, marketing, commercial excellence, learning & development in healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience supporting multi-country organizations and diverse commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare commercial environments and customer engagement models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional commercial education and capability-building strategy.
• Lead onboarding and development pathways for commercial staff.
• Design engaging learning experiences across classroom, virtual, digital and experiential formats.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, HR to prepare launches and readiness.
• Coach leaders and support field coaching programs to improve selling effectiveness.
• Establish learning metrics and dashboards to measure impact.
• Collaborate with regional and country teams to align priorities.
• Travel up to 40–50% to support training delivery.
