Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MEA is seeking a Commercial Education Manager to lead regional education and capability programs across the Middle East and Africa. You will partner with Commercial Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs and HR to design programs, onboard new hires, and build a coaching culture, with up to 40-50% travel.

The role requires 8–10 years in healthcare commercial education, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to operate across multi-country teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Advanced degree preferred (MBA, Business, Marketing, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related).
8–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial education within healthcare or life sciences.

Responsibilities

Develop regional commercial education and capability-building strategy aligned to business priorities.
Identify capability gaps across sales, marketing, distributors, and leadership teams.
Create annual learning plans supporting launches, market expansion, and transformation.
Establish competency frameworks and learning pathways for commercial roles.
Design and deliver training programs on selling, account management, product knowledge, and clinical differentiation.
Lead onboarding programs for new commercial employees and develop development pathways.
