Job summary

DSV Dubai is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver, coordinate, and continuously improve training programs across the MEA region, with a primary focus on CargoWRITE WMS training. The role supports successful project implementations, system rollouts, employee development, and operational excellence through onsite and virtual training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, training, project implementation, or change management.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the MEA region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CargoWRITE WMS training programs onsite and online across the MEA region.
• Conduct onboarding, refresher, advanced user, and trainer training programs.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and e-learning content.
• Train and certify local trainers, key users, and super users.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive user adoption and operational performance.
