Job summary

DSV is seeking a Training Specialist in Dubai to deliver and coordinate regional training programs focused on CargoWRITE WMS. You will support successful project implementations, system rollouts, and capability building across MEA sites with onsite and virtual delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in a related field, 3–5 years in logistics or training, and fluency in English. Willingness to travel MEA is essential; on-site role in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, training, project implementation, or business change management.
• Fluency in English; additional languages within the MEA region are advantageous.
• Experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CargoWrite WMS training programs onsite and online across the MEA region.
• Conduct onboarding, refresher, advanced user, supervisor, and key user training.
• Support WMS implementations with training plans, materials and end-user readiness.
• Facilitate Lean, continuous improvement, and system-related training programs.
• Coordinate training activities with project managers, site and ops teams.
• Develop and update training materials, guides, and e-learning content.
• Coach and certify local trainers and super users.
• Measure training effectiveness and adoption.
• Support change management and communications during implementations.
• Travel extensively across the MEA region to deliver training.
