Job summary

CEVA Logistics, a global 3PL, is hiring for a WMS Super User & Implementation Engineer in Dubai to drive WMS deployments within its Centre of Excellence. You will bridge contract logistics operations, customer solutions, and IT, delivering on-site go-lives and system optimizations.

The role requires 1+ year of warehouse WMS experience, hands-on configuration, testing, and training of frontline teams. Occasional travel up to 15% domestically and internationally is expected to support deployments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or engineering.
• 1+ years of hands-on warehouse operations experience.
• Understanding of WMS logic (putaway, routing, packing rules) and EDI basics.
• Experience with system testing, UAT cycles and training key users.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Consult and execute WMS configuration across warehouse projects, define clustering, putaway and packing rules.
• Lead system testing and UAT for releases and patches, manage change requests.
• Deliver targeted WMS training to site teams and act as internal consultant for operations.
