Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, with at least 2 years using IBM Maximo.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with CMMS, CAFM systems, and facilities/MEP operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities using IBM Maximo.
• Create, review, and update preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor asset performance trends and provide reports.
