Job summary

Sobha Furniture in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Warehouse/Storekeeper to manage material receipt, storage, and inventory control. You will verify orders, maintain ERP records, and support audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
Experience in the furniture, manufacturing, or related industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

Receive materials and verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Inspect incoming materials and report any damages, discrepancies, or quality issues.
Store materials in designated locations with proper labeling and ensure safe storage conditions.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems and monitor stock levels.
Issue materials based on approved requests and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile inventory differences, and support inventory audits.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping standards, and prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
