Job summary
TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC within the UAE seeks a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily store and warehouse operations across multiple projects. You will supervise receiving, inspection, storage, and issuing of fit-out materials including gypsum, MDF, timber, paints, ceilings, and MEP items, ensuring accurate ERP documentation.
Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Logistics with 5–8 years UAE experience in store/warehouse management, and solid knowledge of ERP
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
- 5–8 years UAE experience in store/warehouse management (interior fit-out/contracting preferred).
- Experience managing materials for multiple projects and coordinating deliveries.
- Knowledge of fit-out materials (gypsum, MDF, timber, paints, ceiling materials, MEP).
- Experience with ERP-based inventory systems (SAP/ERPNext/Odoo/Zoho).
- Familiarity with GRNs, delivery notes, stock reconciliation, audit docs.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store and warehouse operations across UAE projects.
- Supervise receiving, inspection, storage and issuing of materials.
- Maintain inventory records and ERP documents (GRNs, delivery notes).
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly stock reports and support ISO audits.
