Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a storekeeper/warehouse role.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent record-keeping and basic math skills.
• Physical stamina for lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and best practices.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and store incoming shipments in designated areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory management systems.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill inventory requests and resolve issues.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the storage facility.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, damages, and discrepancies.
