Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with large construction programmes and design-and-build contracts.
• Knowledge of local materials standards and regulatory approvals.
• Strong communication, safety and accountability.
• Ability to prioritize and drive execution with clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve contractor materials and methods as directed by Senior Resident Engineer.
• Oversee daily site activities, assign works, monitor on-site performance.
• Attend and lead site inspections and ensure testing approvals from authorities.
• Review testing requests and contractor submissions; ensure schedule compliance.
• Monitor material deliveries and on-site usage; coordinate with contractor supervisors.
