The role emphasizes luxury branding, content creation and community engagement. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager and creators, adapt content for each platform, monitor performance, and maintain a premium visual identity across all accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management and graphic design.

• Maintain a clean, premium visual identity aligned with Luxarabia’s branding guidelines.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and interactions across all accounts.
• Encourage engagement and build an active online community.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement.
• Ensure content reflects Luxarabia’s brand guidelines and premium positioning.
• Coordinate content for property launches, events, campaigns and announcements.
• Prepare and maintain a structured weekly content calendar.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage Luxarabia’s social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Manage multiple accounts targeting different languages and international audiences.
• Plan, schedule and publish content according to the weekly content calendar.
• Ensure regular posting and consistency across all platforms.
• Adapt content to each platform, audience and market.

Content Creation & Graphic Design

• Design high-quality social media posts, story’s, carousels and infographics.
• Create professional thumbnails and covers for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels and other content.
• Develop visually engaging content about real estate projects, market trends, investment opportunities and company updates.
• Create branded visuals for announcements, events, partnerships and property launches.
• Maintain a clean, modern and premium visual identity aligned with Luxarabia’s branding guidelines.

Community Management & Engagement

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and interactions across all social media accounts.
• Encourage engagement and build an active online community.
• Increase brand visibility, audience interaction and organic reach.
• Identify relevant trends and opportunities to improve engagement.

Brand Identity & Quality Control

• Ensure all content follows Luxarabia’s brand guidelines, including fonts, colors, layouts and overall visual style.
• Maintain a consistent and recognizable identity across all international accounts.
• Review content carefully before publication to avoid spelling, formatting or visual errors.
• Ensure every publication reflects Luxarabia’s professional and premium positioning.

Content Strategy & Coordination

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Content Creators, Video Editors and Media Buyers.
• Contribute creative ideas for new content formats, campaigns and social media trends.
• Prepare and maintain a structured weekly content calendar.
• Coordinate content for property launches, events, campaigns and company announcements.
• Ensure content is delivered and published on time.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth and content interactions.
• Identify top-performing content and recommend improvements.
• Prepare weekly social media performance reports.
• Use performance insights to improve the content strategy and increase organic visibility.

• Experience in social media management and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency.
