Job summary

Meraki Real Estate Development LLC is seeking a talented Static Creative Designer to join our Dubai marketing team. You will design high-quality static creatives for property launches, campaigns, and digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and meeting tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years UAE real estate design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator. Knowledge of InDesign is a plus, with a solid eye for typography and branding.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional graphic/static design experience in the UAE real estate industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate, property, lifestyle, or luxury brand creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign is an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media design, digital advertising formats, typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Experience creating creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites, and email campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static creatives for social media platforms, digital campaigns, websites, email marketing, and other marketing channels.
• Create marketing materials for property launches, project campaigns, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
• Develop creatives for real estate projects, including property features, payment plans, offers, amenities, locations, floor plans, and investment opportunities.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creatives on time.
• Adapt designs according to different platforms, formats, dimensions, and campaign requirements.
• Maintain consistency with the company’s brand guidelines, visual identity, and project branding.
• Design brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing collateral when required.
• Retouch and edit property images, lifestyle images, and other visual assets as needed.
• Stay updated with current real estate marketing trends, design trends, typography, and social media creative formats.
• Manage multiple design requests and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, photographers, and other creative partners when required.
