Luxarabia Real Estate in Dubai seeks a creative Community Manager to develop and manage its social media presence across multiple platforms and international markets. You will plan content, design visuals and engage with audiences to elevate brand visibility.

Role requires experience in social media management and graphic design, proficiency with Canva and Adobe tools, and a strong eye for luxury branding and real estate marketing. The position is full-time and on-site in Dubai.

Formación

• Experience in social media management and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Strong creativity, organization and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Understanding of luxury branding and real estate marketing is a mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Social Media Management: manage Luxarabia Real Estate’s accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube; plan, schedule and publish content across languages and markets.
• Content Creation & Graphic Design: design social posts, thumbnails and infographics; ensure premium visuals aligned with branding.
• Community Management & Engagement: monitor comments and messages; grow an active online community and boost organic reach.
• Brand Identity & Quality Control: maintain Luxarabia’s brand guidelines across international accounts; prevent errors.
• Content Strategy & Coordination: work with Marketing Manager and creators; maintain a weekly content calendar; coordinate launches and events.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: track reach, engagement and growth; prepare weekly performance reports.
