Job summary

TradeQuo is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to own the execution of campaigns across digital and offline channels in a fast-paced Dubai environment. You will collaborate with marketing, product, sales, compliance, and external partners to deliver high-impact initiatives that drive real business results.

Expect ownership beyond coordination, delivering campaigns from planning to completion while juggling multiple projects and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in marketing project management or marketing operations.
• Experience in Forex, CFD, Crypto, Fintech, or similar industries is a strong plus.
• Proven track record managing digital campaigns and offline events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across teams—not just within marketing.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing projects from planning to execution.
• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid media, CRM, affiliates, social, webinars).
• Coordinate offline initiatives (exhibitions, events).
• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Define timelines, priorities, and deliverables—and ensure they happen.
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on data.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• Handle ad-hoc campaigns and urgent launches with speed and precision.
• Independently launch Facebook ads, prepare presentations for webinars, organize in-person meetings with potential clients.
