Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA or marketing operations experience with QA leadership.
• Experience testing integrated campaigns across web, email, CRM, and analytics.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, release governance, and risk prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the marketing QA strategy and standards across regions.
• Own end-to-end QA for websites, landing pages, emails, and campaigns.
• Translate briefs and compliance into risk-based test plans and criteria.
• Set approval workflows with stakeholders to ensure auditable releases.
• Lead functional, regression, usability, localization, and accessibility testing.
• Manage defect triage, root-cause analysis, and remediation tracking.
• Build a centralized QA repository with test assets and release history.
• Define quality KPIs: leakage, first-pass approvals, and rework.
• Introduce test automation for high-volume checks where feasible.
• Coach QA specialists and align standards across teams.
• Collaborate to embed quality controls earlier in planning and delivery.
