Job summary

Trade QUO Global Ltd in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Project Manager who can turn ideas into high-impact campaigns and actually get things done. You’ll own end-to-end campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinating with marketing, product, sales, and external partners.

You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, track performance, and optimize results with data-driven decisions. A strong track record in both digital campaigns and live events is required.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years in marketing project management / marketing operations.
• Experience in Forex, CFD, Crypto, Fintech, or similar industries is a strong plus.
• Proven track record managing both digital campaigns and offline events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across teams—not just within marketing.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing channels.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing projects from planning to execution.
• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid media, CRM, affiliates, social, webinars).
• Coordinate offline campaigns and exhibitions/events.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Define timelines, priorities, and deliverables and ensure they happen.
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on data.
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Independently launch Facebook ads and prepare webinars/presentations for potential clients.
