Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in marketing project management/marketing operations.
• Experience in Forex, CFD, Crypto, Fintech or similar industries is a strong plus.
• Proven track record managing both digital campaigns and offline events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across teams—not just within marketing.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing channels.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing projects from planning to execution.
• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid media, CRM, affiliates, social, webinars).
• Coordinate offline initiatives (exhibitions, events).
• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Define timelines, priorities, and deliverables — and ensure they happen.
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on data.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• Handle ad-hoc campaigns and urgent launches with speed and precision.
• Independently launch Facebook ads, prepare presentations for webinars, organize in-person meetings with potential clients.

About the Role

As a Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be at the center of our marketing engine - owning the execution of campaigns across digital and offline channels. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, compliance, and external partners to launch campaigns that drive real business results. This is not a “just coordination” role we’re looking for someone who takes ownership and delivers.

What You’ll Do :

• Strong awareness of market trends, emerging technologies and new finTech products and business model
