Job summary

Vibes Events, Abu Dhabi-based events and experiential staffing company, is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the complete marketing function from strategy to execution.

You will lead digital campaigns, content creation, and brand management, while coordinating with Commercial and Business Development teams to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth. This is a senior IC role with people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing roles, with 2–3 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in events, experiential, or staffing industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with commercial and revenue objectives.
• Own brand identity across touchpoints and materials.
• Design and implement lead generation campaigns; drive digital campaigns, email, content, and event marketing.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget and optimize resource allocation.
• Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence (website, social, SEO, paid media).
• Lead content strategy for social media, blogs, case studies, and videos.
• Plan and execute cross-channel campaigns across digital, email, PR, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with CPT and Business Development to support pitches and proposals.
• Track marketing metrics and report performance insights to leadership.
• Lead and develop the Social Media Content Creator and engage agencies/partners.
