Mama Shelter Dubai is seeking a Marketing Executive to be the creative mind behind the brand buzz, turning bold ideas into campaigns and memorable experiences.

You will manage social media, coordinate partnerships, events, and activations across Mama Shelter Dubai and its F&B outlets, designing visuals and presentations that capture the brand's bold personality. Collaborative work with the Marketing Manager and hotel teams is essential to stay ahead in Dubai's vibrant scene.

Qualifications

• 4+ years crafting content in F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality.
• Photography and video editing with strong lighting and framing.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop; After Effects a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement.
• Portfolio showing eye for Mama energy.

• Keep Everything on Track: Manage marketing calendars, briefs, deadlines, and campaign deliverables while ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Make Data Your Friend: Track campaign performance, social media insights, and marketing results to identify opportunities and improve future campaigns.
• Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep an eye on hospitality trends, competitors, and what’s happening in Dubai’s vibrant lifestyle and F&B scene.

• You speak fluent Adobe: Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, you work your magic across them all (and if you know After Effects, Mama’s extra impressed).
• You juggle deadlines like a pro: Multiple projects? Tight timelines? No sweat. You keep your cool and still deliver jaw-dropping results.
• You’ve got social media in your DNA: Trends, reels, algorithms you get it. You don’t just post content; you make people stop scrolling.
