Job summary

Mama Shelter Dubai is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Intern to join a vibrant team and contribute to memorable guest experiences. You’ll learn on the job, gain hands-on hospitality skills, and collaborate closely with restaurant, kitchen, and bar colleagues.

During this internship you’ll immerse yourself in our culture, develop service standards, and support daily operations while growing toward a future in hospitality at Mama Shelter.

• Assist with food & beverage service, setup, clearing and smooth operations.
• Learn menu knowledge, service standards and procedures.

• Help maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with restaurant, kitchen and bar teams.
• Observe, ask questions and seek continuous improvement.
