Aston VIP is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to drive lead generation for our international advisory firm in Dubai. This hybrid role offers both remote work and office presence, with a focus on measurable enquiries and revenue.

You will plan, manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and X, plus SEO, landing pages and analytics to improve ROI. Willingness to travel or relocate to Dubai as needed.

Qualifications

Aston VIP is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive. Hybrid role based in Dubai with remote flexibility. We are only considering candidates currently based in Europe.

Aston VIP is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing international team.

This is a hybrid position based in Dubai, offering flexibility to work both remotely and from our Dubai office. We are specifically looking for candidates currently based in Europe who are interested in joining a fast-growing international advisory firm.

Your role will focus on generating qualified business leads through digital marketing. This is not a branding or social media role—we measure success by enquiries, conversions and revenue.

You will be responsible for planning, managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and X. You will also work on SEO, landing page optimisation, analytics and conversion rate improvements.
