This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Dubai. The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including developing marketing materials, coordinating promotions, and ensuring brand consistency across channels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, and preparing reports to inform marketing strategies. The role involves collaborating closely with sales, production, and regional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives, drive lead generation, and strengthen customer relationships. The Marketing Executive will also assist in organizing events, managing digital and offline marketing initiatives, and monitoring campaign performance to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Ability to conduct Market Research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Excellent Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer-facing interactions.
• Experience in Sales or commercial support to coordinate with sales teams and contribute to revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Prior experience in packaging, printing, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are beneficial.
