Marketing Coordinator (UAE Nationals Only)

Key Job Responsibilities

Marketing Support

• Deliver World Class Service– Manage and support all Marketing plans, briefs, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the EMEA Marketing team.
• See the Bigger Picture– Organise local marketing requests.
• Support and attend exhibitions, industry events, and business collaterals.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Marketing team to oversee and coordinate projects and campaigns, ensuring timely deliverables across digital, creative, and content channels.

Social Media and Press Releases

• Manages social media content and Hootsuite, plus community oversight.
• Supports local PR activities, manages the special interest database, and organizes press releases.

Administration

• Manage translations with relevant colleagues, using tools like DeepLTool, and handle local review/approval processes.
• Support the development and execution of Encore brand and content initiatives.
• Develop and execute Encore’s content strategy to enhance our thought leadership position and support integrated marketing efforts.
• Develop an approach for exhibition and industry event participation, and support brand presence and business collaterals.
• Manage the creative and purchasing process for regional merchandise.
• Oversee results by managing the Marketing Project Plan/Project Tracker, budget overview, invoicing, and budget allocation.

Internal Communications

• Do the Right Thing– Support the business to ensure a consistent message and brand image.
