HEAVEN SIGNATURE PROPERTIES L.L.C is seeking a market analyst to monitor and analyze the international real estate market relevant to our Dubai region. The role involves tracking pricing trends, supply and demand, and regulatory changes to guide investment decisions and client advice.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in market analysis and investment consulting, excellent public speaking skills, and fluency in English with native-level proficiency in the market language.

• Proven experience in real estate market analysis, market research, or investment consulting.
• In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the international market you represent, including its legal and economic environment.
• Excellent presentation and training skills, with confident public speaking ability.
• Sales-oriented mindset and experience communicating with clients and investors.
• Continuous professional self-development, analytical and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent English, plus native or near-native proficiency in the language of the market you represent.
• Ability to work independently, with a proactive and reliable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Continuously and closely monitor the international real estate market assigned to you: pricing trends, supply and demand, and market movements.
• Track legal and regulatory changes that affect the assigned market and its investors.
• Analyze economic indicators and macroeconomic developments that influence market decisions.
• Continuously map new developments, projects, and competitor activity in the target market.
• Deliver professional training sessions and workshops to the company's agents multiple times a month covering the market and relevant projects.
• Act as the company's professional and market representative: give presentations, prepare professional materials, and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Prepare market reports, analyses, and briefings for management and the sales team.
• Provide active professional support throughout the sales process: client presentations, professional consultations, and credible market background knowledge.
• Maintain relationships with legal, financial, and real estate experts and participate in industry events.
