Job summary

YourShore Shipping in Dubai seeks a maritime operations coordinator to oversee vessel operations across Dubai, Jebel Ali, Sharjah and Hamriyah ports. You will manage end-to-end crew operations, including crew changes, documentation and logistics, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

You will liaise with port authorities, agents, vessel masters/owners, support berthing and agency functions, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. UAE port familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ship agency / maritime operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Dubai, Jebel Ali, Sharjah, and Hamriyah port operations.
• Hands-on experience with vessel and crew operations.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• UAE experience preferred; knowledge of local port procedures essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage vessel operations across Dubai, Jebel Ali, Sharjah & Hamriyah ports.
• Handle end-to-end crew operations including crew changes, documentation, and logistics.
