Job summary

Vgetter, a Dubai-based HR consultancy, is recruiting an hands-on HR & Administration Manager for a client in Fujairah's marine and shipping sector. This role focuses on field operations and executing HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee employee records, contracts, renewals, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, onboarding and offboarding, visa processes with PRO teams, and workforce allocation for marine crew and site staff.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of UAE HR administration or operations experience.
• Experience in marine, shipping, logistics, or manpower supply preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, contracts, renewals, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and manpower movement coordinating with PRO teams for visas, Emirates IDs.
• Support manpower allocation for marine crew and site staff; track visa expiries and manage office administration and vendor relationships.
