• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new revenue streams, projects, clients, and market opportunities.
• Develop a healthy sales pipeline and convert opportunities into orders.
• Monitor market trends and client requirements to inform proposals.
• Prepare and implement action plans to increase turnover and profitability.
• Maintain daily communication with existing clients and build strong relationships.
• Identify opportunities to increase business with existing clients through additional services.
• Lead meetings and presentations with prospective clients to onboard new accounts.
• Coordinate with Operations, Recruitment, Technical, and Commercial teams for competitive proposals.
• Track opportunities from enquiry to mobilisation and follow up on quotations.
