Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced HRD (Mandarin Speaker) in Dubai to lead the People function across the Middle East and international markets. The role involves shaping strategies, guiding HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

The ideal candidate will partner with senior management to build a high-performing organization, oversee HR policies, and drive organizational development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/BA/Management or related field.
• 15+ years of HR/People experience, with 8–10 years in senior leadership.
• Experience in Dubai/UAE or multinational environment is preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement People strategies aligned with business objectives and growth.
• Partner with senior management on workforce planning and organizational structure.
• Lead and develop the HR/People team in Dubai.
• Establish and improve HR policies, processes and systems.
