Job summary

CA Global Africa Recruitment Group seeks a Group Head of People to lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational development for the Dubai, UAE operations. Expertise in organizational development, talent management, and HR systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a global People strategy aligned with long-term goals.
Harmonize HR policies across entities while adapting to local labour laws.
Lead organizational design initiatives to support growth and capabilities.
Advise the CEO and Group Executives on strategic HR matters.
Design and implement structured recruitment processes for technical, managerial, and executive roles.
Oversee performance management, learning programs, and engagement initiatives.
Govern compensation frameworks and conduct cost-to-company analyses for new markets.
Ensure HR governance, data analytics, reporting, and systems are robust.
