Caliberly in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Business Development professional to identify and develop new corporate opportunities, focusing on Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and Chinese-owned businesses or multinationals.

You will manage client relationships, craft tailored staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with recruitment, operations, and account management to ensure seamless delivery while complying with UAE labor laws.

Qualifications

• Mandarin and English fluency required.
• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in recruitment or solutions sales.
• Experience with Chinese corporates or multinational organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients in Abu Dhabi.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare customized staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
• Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
