Shift Pattern & Workplace

IMPORTANT Due to the focus on Asian markets this role requires flexibility to work early morning shifts Expected shift patterns may include 4 00 AM - 12 00 PM UAE time or 5 00 AM - 1 00 PM UAE time The role is Mon-Fri in the office with free parking available on-site

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin and English language skills (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, student recruitment, admissions, hospitality, airline, travel, education, or other customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced inbound/outbound environment.
• Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in Dubai on a full-time basis.
• Experience within education, international schools, higher education, admissions, or student recruitment.
• Experience working with Asian markets or Mandarin‑speaking customers.
