RMG Recruitment Agency in Dubai is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Retention Agent to grow and retain a portfolio of trading clients. You will promote FX and CFD products, build long-term relationships, convert leads, and drive upsell opportunities while delivering top-tier service.

The role requires native Mandarin and prior retention experience in FX/CFD, with a relocation package to Dubai and a dynamic, multicultural team. Onsite, full-time position with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Mandarin, spoken and written.
• Experience in FX/CFD broker retention.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection handling.
• Experience managing client portfolios and CRM.
• Familiar with trading platforms and financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Promote FX and CFD products to new and existing clients.
• Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and account growth.
• Convert leads into active, loyal traders.
• Increase upsell and cross-sell across the portfolio.
• Deliver high-level service across the client lifecycle.
• Stay current on markets, trading conditions and product updates.
• Consistently hit sales and retention targets.
