Job summary

RMG Talent in Dubai is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Conversion Agent to convert quality Forex/CFD leads into active trading clients. You will use consultative sales to build relationships and achieve targets in a fast-paced financial environment.

The role requires native or fluent Mandarin and prior Forex/CFD sales experience. A full relocation package to Dubai is offered to successful candidates, along with ongoing training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Mandarin, written and spoken.
• Previous Forex/CFD industry experience is mandatory.
• Conversion or retention sales experience in Forex/CFD.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection handling.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and trading platforms.
• Target-driven, numerate, strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Promote Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients.
• Convert quality leads into active traders through consultative selling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Maximise conversion and spot future sales opportunities.
• Deliver excellent service throughout the client journey.
• Stay up to date with markets, products and industry news.
• Meet sales targets and KPIs while following compliance standards.
