Personalbüro U. Herrmann seeks an FX Sales Retention Agent (m,f) fluent in Vietnamese, Korean, Mandarin, or Thai to promote FX/CFD products and deepen client relationships in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Vietnamese, Korean, Mandarin, or Thai, both spoken and written.
• Experience in FX/CFD industry is mandatory.
• Retention role experience within Forex/CFD brokerage.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking skills.
• CRM and office tools proficiency.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience with international brokerage teams.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets.
• Experience managing client portfolios in a sales or retention environment.

Responsabilités

• Promote FX and CFD products to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients.
• Increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities across portfolios.
• Deliver high-level customer service across the client lifecycle.
• Stay updated with markets, trading conditions, and product updates.
• Work toward defined sales and retention targets.
