RDN CONS in Dubai seeks a Mandarin-speaking FX Sales Retention Agent to manage and grow relationships with existing clients, focusing on retention, engagement and trading activity in a fast-paced brokerage.

You will collaborate with an international sales team, meet retention and sales targets, and receive fully paid relocation, accommodation and visa support, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese with strong English skills.
• Experience in FX/CFD and active client retention.
• Proven ability to meet retention and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proactively engage clients to strengthen retention and trading activity.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate support.
• Identify opportunities to increase client engagement and business value.
• Work towards individual sales, retention and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate client information and activity in internal systems.
• Collaborate with an international sales team to achieve objectives.
